Text Message Program

ISC MEDIA LLC, doing business as Radon Pro Network, operates a national directory of radon testing and mitigation professionals. This page explains our text messaging program in full.
Who Receives Texts From Us
Only radon professionals who hold a listing in our directory. We do not text homeowners or consumers. A homeowner who requests a quote through this site has their details passed to radon professionals, who contact them directly; those messages come from the professional, not from us.
What We Send
Two kinds of message, both transactional. We send no promotional or marketing texts.

How You Opt In
See both opt-in screens as they appear on the site, with the consent wording shown beside each one.
Both message types are opted into on this website, by the business owner, through the actions described below. We never add a number to either program on anyone else’s behalf, and we never text a number that has not been opted in.
Listing Confirmation
On a company’s page at radonpronetwork.com/claim/<state>/<city>/<company>, a business owner is shown the contact methods already published on that listing, with the details partly masked, and presses a button reading “Text (xxx) xxx••••”. Pressing it is the request, and it is the consent.
You can see that screen on any unclaimed listing. Here is a live one: radonpronetwork.com/claim/mi/howell/j-charles-associates. The consent wording sits directly under the buttons.
We only ever send to a phone number already published on that business’s own listing. A person claiming a listing cannot enter a different number, which is what stops someone claiming a business they do not own.
A confirmation message looks like this:

New Quote Requests
A professional with an account opts in themselves, in their dashboard, under the heading Lead delivery. They enter the mobile number they want used, check a box agreeing to the wording below, and press “Text Me When A New Lead Arrives”. It is off unless they do this. They can turn it off in the same place at any time, without affecting their listing.
This is the wording they agree to, word for word:
I agree to receive text messages from Radon Pro Network at the number above when a homeowner requests a quote in my service area. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of holding a listing.
We record the date, the time and the IP address the agreement came from, together with the wording exactly as it read on that day, so a consent can still be evidenced after the wording is revised.
A quote request looks like this:
Hi, this is Radon Pro Network. A homeowner in Peoria, IL just requested a radon mitigation quote in your service area. View it here: https://radonpronetwork.com/pro/4b91de Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
How To Stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@radonpronetwork.com or (877) 387-2366. You can also turn off lead texts in your dashboard without affecting your listing.
How To Start Again
If you reply STOP and later want these messages back, text START to (877) 387-2366 and we will resume the program you were on. You can also opt in again the same way you did originally, in your dashboard under Lead delivery, which is where you choose the number and confirm the wording. Texting START never adds a number to a program it was not already opted into.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your Mobile Number
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of holding a listing, and a free listing does not require any phone consent at all.
