Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of radonpronetwork.com (the “Site”), operated by ISC MEDIA LLC, doing business as Radon Pro Network. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who we are. ISC MEDIA LLC is an Illinois limited liability company. Radon Pro Network and Service Booster are both registered assumed names of that one company; they are not separate businesses, subsidiaries or affiliates. Text messages and phone calls from this Site are sent by ISC MEDIA LLC under the name Radon Pro Network.

1. What This Site Is, And Is Not

Radon Pro Network is a directory and introduction service. We are not a radon testing or mitigation company. We do not perform, supervise, inspect, guarantee or insure any work.

We do not verify the credentials, licensure, insurance, competence or honesty of any professional listed here, and a listing is not a recommendation or an endorsement. Listing details change and can be out of date or wrong. Before you hire anyone, confirm their current standing directly with the certifying body or your state radon office, and satisfy yourself about insurance, references and price.

Any agreement for work is between you and the professional. We are not a party to it and have no liability under it.

2. Radon Information On This Site

Information about radon, EPA zones and testing is general and educational. It is not advice about your property, and it is not health, legal or real estate advice. EPA radon zone maps describe the predicted average for a county and say nothing about any individual building. The only way to know your level is to test.

3. If You Request A Quote

Submitting a request means asking us to pass your details to radon professionals so they can contact you, including by phone, text and email. A general request goes to several professionals serving your area. A request made from an individual professional’s page goes only to that professional. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Submit requests only for yourself, or for a property you are entitled to act on.

4. If You Are A Radon Professional

Claiming A Listing

To claim a listing you must confirm you control a contact method already published on it. Claiming a business you do not own or are not authorized to represent is a breach of these terms and we will remove the claim and the account.

What You Publish

You are responsible for everything you add, and you confirm it is accurate and that you hold the rights to it. Do not upload a photograph that identifies a customer’s property without their permission, and do not claim certifications you do not hold. We may remove anything, at any time, without notice.

Leads

Paid plans receive homeowner enquiries. We do not guarantee any number of enquiries, any quality of enquiry, or that any will become work. Enquiry volume depends on demand in your area and is outside our control. Use lead details only to respond to that enquiry, and handle them in line with the law.

Payment

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Upgrades take effect when payment is taken. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part-used periods. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal. Fail to pay and we may suspend or remove paid features.

If you cancel, your listing reverts to a free listing. We retain your account data for a period afterwards so you can return without losing it, then export or delete it. Ask us at any time for a copy of your data.

Text Messages

We text radon professionals only, never homeowners, and only where the professional has opted in on this Site. Messages are transactional: confirming a listing claim, and notifying you of a new quote request in your area. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of holding a listing. The program is described in full, including how you opt in and how to stop, on our Text Message Program page.

You can cancel these texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by texting STOP to (877) 387-2366. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then nothing further. To start again, opt in the same way you did the first time, in your dashboard under Lead delivery, or text START to the same number. 5. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape, copy or republish the directory, in whole or in substantial part
• Do not submit false enquiries, or enquiries on someone else’s behalf without authority
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours
• Do not use the Site to send unsolicited marketing to anyone listed here
• Do not post anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or infringing

6. Our Content

The Site, its design, text and compiled data are owned by ISC MEDIA LLC and protected by copyright. Content you upload stays yours, and you grant us a license to display it on the Site and in material promoting the directory while your listing is live.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any listing or any piece of information on it is accurate, current or complete.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ISC MEDIA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Site or from any dealing with a professional found through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, or $100 if you paid us nothing.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ISC MEDIA LLC against claims arising from your use of the Site, from anything you publish on it, or from your breach of these terms.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account, or remove a listing, if these terms are breached or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Illinois, and the courts of McLean County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
