How People Opt In To Our Texts

ISC MEDIA LLC, doing business as Radon Pro Network, texts radon professionals only. There are exactly two ways to opt in and both are below, as they appear on this site.

1. Listing Confirmation, On The Claim Page

A business owner claiming their listing presses the text button. Pressing it is the request and the consent. The number is never typed in: we only offer the number already published on that business’s own listing, which is what stops someone claiming a business they do not own.

Shown exactly as it appears to the business owner. Open the live page — it is public, needs no account, and the wording above is read from the same source the page itself uses.

2. New Quote Alerts, In The Professional’s Dashboard

A professional with an account turns these on themselves, under Lead delivery. The box is empty until they check it, the button stays disabled until they do, and turning it back off is one click and does not ask why.

The wording agreed to is stored with the date, the time and the IP address it came from, so a consent can still be evidenced after the wording is revised:

What We Never Do

  • We do not text homeowners or consumers. A homeowner who asks for a quote has their details passed to professionals, who contact them directly. Those messages come from the professional, not from us.
  • We send no promotional or marketing texts. Both message types are transactional.
  • We never add a number on someone else’s behalf, and never text a number that has not opted in.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
