Privacy Policy
Radon Pro Network is a registered assumed name of ISC MEDIA LLC, an Illinois company. · Effective October 16, 2026
ISC MEDIA LLC (“we”, “us”) operates Radon Pro Network at radonpronetwork.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who We Are
Radon Pro Network is a directory. We connect homeowners with radon testing and mitigation professionals. We do not test, mitigate or inspect anything ourselves, and we are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a professional.
PO Box 215, Bloomington, IL 61702 · (877) 387-2366 · support@radonpronetwork.com
2. What We Collect
If You Are A Homeowner
- Name, email address and phone number
- Property ZIP code, and the address if you give it
- What you need, your timeline, and anything you write in a message
If You Are A Radon Professional
- Your business details, services, service area and credentials
- Account details: name, role, email, username and a hashed password
- Where you want leads delivered, and whether you want them by text
- Photographs you upload. We remove location data from every image before storing it
Automatically
- IP address, browser and device type, and pages requested, logged to run and secure the Site
- Usage and advertising data, only if you allow those cookie categories
- Signals used to tell people from automated spam, and the page a form was sent from
3. Business Listings
Most listings on this Site were not submitted by the business they describe. A listing holds business contact details only: company name, trading address, business phone, website, and the radon services the company offers.
If you are listed and want your details corrected or your listing removed, email support@radonpronetwork.com and we will act on it. You do not need an account to ask.
We do not publish the personal contact details of individuals at those businesses. We do not verify credentials, licensure or quality, and a listing is not an endorsement. Always confirm a professional’s current standing with the certifying body or your state radon office.
4. How We Use Information
- To pass a homeowner’s request to radon professionals, which is the purpose of the Site
- To run accounts, confirm that someone owns a listing, and deliver leads
- To send service messages about your account or your request
- To send marketing, only where you have agreed or where the law allows it for a business contact
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, including blocking spam
- To comply with law and protect our rights
5. Who We Share It With, And How We Are Paid
What a homeowner should understand before submitting a request: we pass your name, contact details, ZIP code and what you asked for to several radon professionals serving your area, so they can contact you. That is what the form is for. If you request a quote from a single professional’s own page, it goes to that professional only, and the page says so. Once a professional has your details they handle them under their own privacy practices, not ours.
We are paid by those professionals. They hold paid listings with us, by monthly or annual subscription, and receiving homeowner requests is part of what they pay for. We say so plainly because it is the honest description of how this directory makes money, and because you should know it before you decide to use the form.
We do not operate as a data broker. We do not sell lists of people, and we do not pass your details to anyone who is not a radon professional you asked us to put you in touch with. We share information only with that professional, with the service providers who help us run the Site under contracts limiting their use of it, where the law requires it, and with a buyer or successor in a merger or sale of assets.
Because we are paid by the professionals who receive your request, some privacy laws may treat that introduction as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even though it happens because you asked for it. We would rather give you the choice than argue the definition: email support@radonpronetwork.com with “Do not sell or share” and we will not pass your details to any professional. Submitting a quote request is itself a direction to pass your details on, so the practical way to avoid it is not to submit one.
We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising and we run no advertising pixels on this Site. If that ever changes, this policy will say so before it does.
6. Text Messages
Our text program is described in full on the Text Message Program page. In short: we text only radon professionals who hold listings, never homeowners; messages are transactional, not promotional; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply; and consent is never a condition of holding a listing.
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Site, keep forms working and block spam, and Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand which pages are useful. We set no advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. Analytics runs unless you switch it off, which you can do at any time with the Cookie Settings link in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information.
8. How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry and account records for as long as needed to run the service, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify them. Analytics data is kept in aggregate for up to 14 months. Submissions flagged as spam are deleted after review.
9. Security
Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Access to the directory database is limited to what is needed to run the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Your Rights And Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising or any sale of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
You can unsubscribe from any email with the link it carries, reply STOP to any text, and change cookie choices with Cookie Settings. To make a request, email support@radonpronetwork.com. We will verify it and respond within 45 days. If we decline you may appeal by replying, and we will respond within 60 days. You may use an authorized agent.
11. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Other Sites
We link to other sites, including the websites of listed professionals. Their privacy practices are their own.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version, and significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
